We had quite a few goes at this recipe, but it was our founder ’s mum who ultimately mastered it! Straight from Lidia’s kitchen – a mouth-watering fusion of fragrant local figs, crunchy toasted almonds and, of course, our velvety carob. Thanks mum : )

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: gluten-free oats (42%), carob and natural extract of carob (23%), sunflower seeds (13%), fig (10%), whole Algarve´s lemon (7%), almond (3%), sunflower oil, salt.
May contain traces of nuts.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 1 month.
